Rites of Passage are rituals that mark changes in the social status of an individual passing through the 'developmental cycle' of birth, puberty, marriage and death.
Rites of Passage Festival is a global heritage festival, held annually, created to preserve the unique cultural traditions of each countries.

Throughout the festive period visitors and residents are able to visit the many quaint and friendly communities that allow them to explore and share the various aspects of the human being's heritage culture. Every day or night one is treated to the indigenous cultural art forms which are the heart of participated nations.

All events are free. Visitors have to pay only the admission fee of the palace.
Admission Fee of Gyeongbokgung Palace : 700 won (Age over 24 ), 300 won (Age between 7 and 23)
