The 3rd Australian Film Festival will be held at Cinecube theater for 6 days from July 10 to 15. Hosted by the Australian embassy, the film festival aims to promote Australia's modern aspects to Korea. In this film festival, a total of 28 films consisting of eight recent feature films, 1 documentary, and 19 short films, including animations and internationally acclaimed films will be screened. The films to be screened in the festival were selected by the well-known Korean art film director Lee Gwang-mo. The Australian film festival will offer the audience a rare chance to enjoy unique Australian films, and to take a look at the Australian society.
