The hotel's French gourmet restaurant, Seasons will host the 38th Gourmet Circle Dinner, a tribute to spring, on March 18 and 19. The event will start with a champagne reception at 6:30 p.m. and will be followed by a stunning seven-course meal, accompanied by a fine selection of wines. [Grand Hyatt Seoul]

Grand Hyatt Seoul introduces its spring cocktails at the Lobby Lounge starting March. It serves "Double Berry Blast" featuring fresh strawberries spiked with gin and "Peach Blossom," a cool blend of rum and peach syrup. For non-alcohol drinkers, it offers the "Melon Patch" or "Lovers in Paris," named after the television drama. Prices range from 13,000 to 13,500 won, exclusive of tax and service charge. [Seoul Plaza Hotel]

The casual Chinese restaurant, T-won at the new Seoul Station building presents spring special menus from March 1 to April 30. The menus include sauteed beef tenderloin and aralia shoots in oyster sauce and steamed pork hock and aralia shoots in Chinese style sauce. Cafe Royale at the Westin Chosun, Seoul holds Guam Food Festival from March 7 to 20.
